Commercially available light boxes illuminate the lively street scene around Brunnenmarkt from the façade of Hubergasse 9. Freed from their original function as cheap, customizable information carriers, they lose their symbolic quality and become simple lighting in the public space. At second glance, they become a contemporary interpretation of the house sign.
